Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including eBook creation, website design, and logo design. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our work, our refund policy has specific conditions to ensure fairness and professionalism.


✅ 1. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • The project has not been started within 72 hours after payment.

  • The delivered work is significantly different from the agreed scope and requirements.

  • A technical error on our part prevents you from using the service (e.g., corrupted eBook file, non-functional website).


❌ 2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The final product has been delivered and approved by the client.

  • Revisions or change requests that go beyond the originally agreed scope.

  • The service has been partially or fully used (e.g., eBook downloaded, website published).

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery without any complaint.


🔁 3. Revision Policy

We offer 1 to 3 rounds of free revisions, depending on the service package, as long as the changes fall within the initial agreement.


🕐 4. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the project will be considered accepted and finalized.


💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
